The Pier Cabin office will be open from Monday 4th March, ‘Drop in’ hours – Mon/Tues/Wed 9am – 12:30pm, other times by appointment.
After a long wait, we have finally got the necessary sign offs for the new offices.
We are still settling in, and will be developing new services in the near future.
We are also launching our new website from Monday 4th March, which is offering more information for both residents and visitors, along with a refreshed brand image.
We have a number of new opportunities to offer jobs at the trust. Unfortunately our trust Manager Stuart is leaving in the summer due to family reasons, so we are advertising for a new Community Development Officer. Click each link below for more details:

Rousay Visiting Podiatry Service: Gemma Reid, Podiatrist, is next in Rousay on Tuesday 16th April. Clinic appointments are now available to book at the Community Hall in the Small Meeting Room. Home Visits are also available if required.
Appointments are £35 per person, paid directly at the time of your appointment.

REWDT has been successful in gaining funding to introduce e-bikes to the islands. The bikes will be available both for residents and visitors.
Cycle Orkney are supplying the bikes, with test rides available.

We’re looking to restore our phone box and put it to a new use…
We have acquired the phone box on Pier Road and secured funding to refurbish it for community use.
Apply now and help give the phone box a new lease of life!
The chosen contractor will repair and repaint the kiosk. Materials supplied; contract covers labour and equipment.
