May 2026 Updates

Community updates this month: A big thank you to everyone supporting The Taversoe since its opening – do drop by and say hello to Josh, Tania and Midge for a warm welcome. Building work at Johnsons Road is moving ahead quickly, with the new homes taking shape and services now in place. There are also still two e-bikes available for long-term loan to local residents – contact the office or email transport@rewt.org if interested.

AGM reminder: The Trust’s AGM takes place on Saturday 20 June, with all welcome to attend. Free ferry travel is available from Egilsay and Wyre – please book by 19 June. The AGM is also an opportunity to join the Trust Board, with additional vacancies this year for up to three Directors of REW Trading Company Ltd, currently leading development of the Taversoe Inn. Anyone interested is encouraged to contact the office or email us for more information.
